If you're a busty woman there are lots of sports bras to choose from, there's not an equivalent in sports knickers (not that I found anyway). I had major abdominal surgery 7 months prior to buying this set. I had started jogging again but found it hard to engage my core enough to push myself so I thought I'd give these a try. They gave me the support I needed, held me firm without causing tummy ache and were comfortable enough for complete 5K without stopping. London Marathon 2025 here I come!
