Pros: arrived quickly. Cons: Poor design quality so the fixings don't line up with the holes! Took 4 very frustrating hours to assemble. Often find that a bolt has unthreaded and dropped out onto the floor. Seams of cushions fraying

It was delivered with the ratan on the arm ripped. Loads of the fittings don't line up. I complained, and they asked for photos, so they could source replacement parts. I then get a reply saying its new in stock, and they don't stock replacement parts. Don't waste your time or money on this item.

Fast delivery even though it said up to 9 days was here in 2 . Ok to put together just needed to turn it upside down to get to the screw holes

Very quickly delivered well packed. Will say not easy to put together you need a allen key tool that makes it easy as lots of screws and can hurt you hands and you have to get bits together right but once up its big seats, very good quality and sturdy looks very nice

Where do I start? Myself and my husband have like most put together numerous flat packs over the years. This has to be the worst as it is impossible to put together. It uses an Alan key - even though there is not enough space to turn the Alan key. Only about 50 percent of the holes match up and the ones that do the screws don't even stay it. It is completely and utterly useless. We’ve wasted 3 hrs trying to put this together and still have no seat to sit in. It is so much cheaper than other similar products in the market - it seemed to good to be true and sadly it is. Avoid!!
