I bought this in the sale last year. It was a bargain. Amazing quality. One of my favourite Christmas decorations.

Unfortunately he arrived with the gingerbread man part snapped off, so I had to email customer services. My husband was able to glue it back on and I suggested a partial refund which they honoured rather than the hassle of returning and getting a replacement. He's a gorgeous gonk; not too heavy and he's going in my new themed candy cane area in my breakfast room along with Matalan's candy cane nutcracker and soft candy cane gonk with extendable legs. Matalan's Christmas decorations are always ahead of the trends; they were one of the first to sell both nutcrackers and gonks and they're my go-to for new decorations. They do sell out quickly though, so you need to get in there as soon as they're on sale.

This is a beautiful heavy Christmas Gonk with a cup of Hot Chocolate, a beautiful addition to our Christmas collection and grotto for grandchildren at Christmas time, who look forward to spending time with Nanny & Grandad for Christmas presents.
