Lovely but big sizing!

Lovely top but the sizing is very big. I ordered the size 10 (I'm an 8-10) and it was massive on me. The bust measures 38 inches and the waist is 40 inches! The description online doesn't say it's meant to be oversized so I think they got the sizing wrong on this one.
