Best trousers I have bought for a long time

Shade of grey - best ever! Fabric - excellent ! Fit - AHH well brilliant all the way down to the ankles, but trips up (literally) right there. Excessive length unacceptable. Unwearable. Unsightly. Unacceptable. Amateurish needlework the only solution. Again. Maybe time for quality control to step in.

These trousers are absolutely spot on - they are a LOVELY COLOUR GREY - THEY ARE A LOVELY MATERIAL - THEY HANG SO WELL AND LOOK SO MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE - but but but - THEY HAVE BEEN MADE FOR A GIANT ----- 31AND A HALF INCHES INSIDE LEG --- now I have a problem do I pay to have them shortened - try to do it looking not so good myself - (my eyesight is not very good for this task) or return for a refund - please Matalan make them in sensible lengths for ordinary women like me.
The animal print trousers are the same - what can I do ??? This really upsets me as the clothes are lovely and wonderful value but they are not suitable for wearing!!!
