Bought this for my 5 year old soon to be 6, bought age 6 wore it once washed it and it shrunk massively

It’s a lovely jumper and my little boy loved it. Got age 5 (he’s 4). He wore it once, fit perfect. I then washed it (did not tumble dry either) and now it is way too small for him. It has shrunk massively. I would recommend getting at least two sizes up.
