My child love it, and it includes everything for her to play.

Realised I selected the wrong size, contacted Matalan straight away after I ordered on Friday evening. They messaged back quickly saying that even though it hadn't been sent they would not change/cancel the order. So I had to place another order paying more delivery. Then had to pay return shipping for the initial order aswell. In total spending £10 on delivery. Then when my daughter went to try on the correct size we kept, we found the wand was broken, I've glued it together and added some tape around it, as there isn't time to send that back too, but she is dissapointed. I don't drive so it isn't simple to visit instore. All in all, a really bad customer experience and I would definitely not shop with Matalan online again.
