Lovely Dress but runs big

It is a nice colour, and soft comfy material for my baby girl, but it seems to run quite big. My baby is an average size 18 month old and it is huge on her so will need to try it on her again in a month or two which is annoying as will be warmer months then, so its ideal for now really. Thats why i dropped a star.
