Poor quality - the stitching gave way around the top handle when I lifted the case as I left the house for our trip! The second handle started giving way once we got to our location. Travelling is stressful enough without worrying if your luggage is going to arrive in one piece.
On the face of it, the price looks good, but this product should simply not be on sale. How IT can claim to have rigorously tested this item and sold with a 10 year guarantee is beyond me! Thankfully the case made it home and Matalan refunded me, but I'd have expected more from a brand which has been reliable for me until now
