I bought a matching set of IT cases less than a year ago from Matalan. The cabin bag stitching on the handle started to come apart. It had been used twice.
Matalan only prepared to swap the cabin bag and haven't got the design that I bought unless I want to travel well over an hour to a different store.
IT will not do anything as product is under a year old.
Just a warning to others !
